We are all having verygood facilities and opportunities
but we are not at all utilising the same.
I have Registered 2 - 3 Grienvances through the provigion
in this web site. But sorry to say after several months
it is kept it as pending.
Computerisatin is maily for speed up the process, but
I don't think officials are not at all utilizing the facilities.
Nature of my grivances are not at all personal and it
is totally public.
It is very nice to say corporatin is having website and that
have received two national awards. But it is useful only
when it is utilized by all means.
My only request to the concerned is just advise the officials
to visit the site atleast once in a day to attend public
grevance which will encourage public to be a part in
e-government.

we are unable pay tax at specified bank counters, due to the fact that, the banks [IDBI, Ban of india] are saying that they are unable link with corporation servers and are refusing to accept the tax. we were told the same reason by the corporation staff and have to wait for months by keeping the tax book [both property tax and water tax book]and cash with the authorities[with out any receipts]. apart from leaving the book, we were asked to check often whether the tax paid and updated by visiting them personally. pl clarify, if so why corporation do not issue manual cash receipts to tax payers until this network problem get corrected. We are also made to answer your staff who is visiting our premises for checking as to why the delay in paying tax.The very purpose providing hassle free service is defeated due to this issue

I came to know today sunday 04.10.09 till Morning 8.40AM public street light is not switch off more than 150 sodium Vapour Lights having capacity 1000 Watts each because of lack of attention of the local Sowripalayam AE and his related Staff its public hard earned money is wasted and presently we are having power cut daily 3-4 hours .
This is repeating like this not a single time I had wittness like this more than 3 to 4 times.
I personelly request you higher official look into this matter and take immediate action and transfer those people and punsh them so that this should not happen in next time and these punishment must be a lesson to other related staffs in the EB department.
I belive that this will be the last and finial like this problem

The coimbatore corporation website is good but requires login with username and password. I searched all through the website but it does not say how to Register if you are a new user.
I want to pay my Property Tax etc using iNET gateway. I tried but the payment is not getting accepted and the message it generated read:
Transaction ID : 201003017645326
Transaction Status : unauthorized usage
So I need your guidance so that I can become an "Authorised user
